Ok, it is not really part of the garlic family.-- This plant smells so wonderful when one breaks its leaves open. Right after I took this picture we went out and got some spaghetti.

my friends who live in the hills and mountains plant these suckers everywhere -- the deer don't bother them, and they look and smell great.
They are a great plant. I am note sure if I would want to spend the day pruning them.
After a few hours--- The smells might send me over the edge.
