What is a security force?

In news of the latest juvenile war of words between the two rich spoiled children that are jousting to become the next president----- .

Both Bush and Kerry have turned to the idea of how to train Iraq's non-existent “security force”. Of course neither has publicly said how they plan on doing so. How does one go about rapidly training a security force?

Does Halburton have a division set up for this type of undertaking?

The French have been training security forces for sometime, Will we loosen our stranglehold on Iraq's bleak future and let country's like France train security forces or, will we just sit back and hope it fixes itself? (I am told that the Irish have been training security forces-- But, I must plea ignorance on that subject. Anyone?)

Does the term “security forces” reflect that they are more of a corporation rather than an army? What is a security force?
