Lawnmower-

a relic
faded red and yellow
lifeless
Beside tall green grass

what a nice epitaph ... this is so attuned to william carlos williams' "the red wheelbarrow".

Nam Lamore-- Great eye.

WCW was what I was thinking of when I wrote this. But, I wrote this before going back and re-looking at WCW. I have not read "the red wheelbarrow" in a long time. But, it is so simple one does not need to remember it to still know the spirit of it.

I have always wanted to read more about the life of WCW. I have his epic poem/book Patterson but have not tried to read it. I should go looking for it.

ah .. then public education hasn't failed me! i'm always so hyper-critical that i went to a rather odd highschool where there were THREE programs, depending on how you scored on some lame test.

i'm pretty sure we were being experimented on, and some sociologist somewhere is having a good laugh. i'm just waiting for that call that will with the hidden word/phrase to trigger whatever i'm pre-programmed to do!

I did not come across WCW until I went to the 2 year college. I think more people should be taught about him and his work.
