I was reading something and the thought popped into my head. I could not think of anyone that would fit the bill. I was more or less looking in the realm jester, joker or pop culture musician. I came up empty each turn of the way.
i had neglected to mention that hillary clinton or geraldine ferraro might also fit the bill, as both are public speakers with strong political agenda. as with cicero, they see society change via impacting the laws directly.
