The torn and faded sign hangs from the light poll. Looking at the picture I wonder why they would want that dog back. Another picture of a different dog hangs below it. The picture is a blob of ink. A cheap crappy xerox job. I guess they are only going through the motions of finding their dog.
I hope it has found a good home.
